Sell gold

Old chains, single earrings, dental gold, coins or bars: gold has a public price, and your offer should be a transparent share of it. Describe what you have and we calculate a range from today’s spot price before any buyer sees it.

  • A range calculated from the live spot price before you talk to anyone
  • Only vetted buyers with transparent pricing
  • No shipping until you accept a written offer

1What kind of gold is it?

Before you sell

How much of the spot price should I expect?

For jewelry and scrap, serious buyers pay between eighty and ninety-five percent of the fine gold value. Coins and bars from recognised mints trade closer to spot. Anything below seventy percent is a reason to walk away.

Do I need to know the purity?

It helps, but every buyer tests the metal anyway. Look inside rings and on clasps for stamps such as 750, 585 or 375. If there is none, choose “Not sure” and we will still give you a range.

What about the stones in my gold jewelry?

Small diamonds and coloured stones are usually priced separately or returned to you on request. Tell us about them in the message field so that the buyers can account for them.
