How the valuation works

Each model family carries a pre-owned market range for an excellent-condition example with box and papers, maintained from dealer and auction data. Condition and paperwork adjust it; the dealer offer is a share of the market value, reflecting the margin dealers need. Vintage pieces, rare dials and special editions can sit far outside these ranges and want a specialist.
