How the planner works

The planner takes your budget, subtracts the setting you choose and solves for the largest certified diamond that fits in three quality directions: balanced (G colour, VS2, Excellent cut, round), largest stone (I colour, SI1, Very Good cut, oval, which looks larger for its weight) and finest quality (E colour, VVS2, Excellent cut, round). Each comes with the lab-grown equivalent at the same budget. Prices come from the same grid as the Diamond Price Estimator.

Then what

Hand the brief to a jeweler. The proposal form below sends your budget, preferred direction and metal to up to three vetted jewelers, who reply with a specific stone and setting.
